In 2011, over 5500 new books were added to the collections. As usual, the Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Handbook of Emergency Cardiovascular Care textbooks were some of the most circulated items, accounting for over half of the total new item circulation. Below are the other popular items that were added to the collections and circulated in 2011. Keep in mind, the criteria for this list required that the item was added to a Mayo library collection in 2011. It’s a diverse list from a variety of Mayo libraries, and shows what a wide audience the Mayo libraries reach.
