SciFinder Database From CAS Now Available
The SciFinder database from CAS is now available through Mayo Clinic Libraries. SciFinder is one of the largest and most extensive databases in the world and is used to access the literature (including patents) of chemistry and related scientific information including proteomics, genomics, biochemistry, biochemical genetics, engineering, agricultural and materials science (see also SciFinder at-a-glance for full content description). Access “Browse Databases” on the Library website (Mayo intranet) for the permanent link to the database. A username and password are required for this database and will be provided upon request by contacting Kelly Arp (firstname.lastname@example.org).
