New Shared Clinical Queries Feature Helps Perform Faster EBM Searches

July 30, 2013 at 7:51 am

The Mayo Clinic Libraries have recently changed our PubMed web address to incorporate shared filters that will help searchers quickly limit to evidence-based information on:

  • diagnosis
  • etiology (harm)
  • prognosis
  • therapy
  • clinical prediction guides
  • systematic reviews

Click on the appropriate filter in the right-hand column to quickly jump to best-evidence articles in that area. These filters are based on the Clinical Queries functionality of PubMed.

Please bookmark our new PubMed web address or access it from the Library home page. The URL is:

Please note: Searchers logged in to personal My NCBI accounts will not see the filters, because their own personal filter choices will override the Libraries’ filters. If you would like to add Clinical Queries filters to your personal My NCBI account, please see these instructions created by Duke University Medical Center Library and Archives.
